Dallas Hardware Maintenance 20/4

Scope of work:

Hardware replacement for all machines located in our Dallas data center.

We have experienced three critical incidents in this location in the last five months, and to prevent any further unexpected issues we have decided to replace all hardware we are using in Dallas with brand new machines.

We are performing this migration in an emergency mode, since two last incidents happened recently and we need to proactively protect your websites availability as soon as possible.

Expected downtime:

Please note that while the maintenance window is 8 hours, the hardware maintenance itself which will be carried out by our facility OnSite engineers is estimated at 30-60 minutes.
