[Emergency] Network Latency Resolved - AMS2

The network issues in our Amsterdam, AMS2, facility have been resolved. Engineers have successfully identified the root cause to a faulty line card, which has been replaced.

Though the issue has been addressed, we will continue to track this under master ticket number 1726260.
