Network Status

We publish all network and systems related incidents reports here. For Scheduled Maintenance announcements please check this separate page. You can easily check both the current status and past uptime reports and an average response time for all HTTP entry gateways in all six locations worldwide on our public monitoring page at Pingdom directly » - linked also at the bottom of every page on our website.

If there is some unexpected issue affecting more than one Aegir instance in any location, or when there is any scheduled maintenance or system upgrade, we always post live updates on Twitter »

Note that we monitor real Drupal sites accessible via every HTTP entry point in our network, every minute, by checking never cached /user URL, to see if it responds with expected content, so the uptime report gives you accurate information on both Nginx server, PHP-FPM backend and Database server non-errors availability. We never pause this monitoring, even during scheduled maintenance.

At approximately 10:53 AM EDT a transit router in our San Jose facility experienced a power failure, which caused intermittent connection problems in our SJC2 (Santa Clara) facility for some places. Read more »
