[Emergency] Network SJC2 - RESOLVED
At approximately 10:53 AM EDT a transit router in our San Jose facility experienced a power failure, which caused intermittent connection problems in our SJC2 (Santa Clara) facility for some places. Internap engineers have resolved the issue and the network is now reconverging. During this activity you may experience less than optimal packet routing and connectivity on the Agile backbone. We are working with facilities engineers to isolate the root cause of this issue.
