IAD1 <> AMS2 Issues - RESOLVED
As initial report, the issue was a result of the maintenance being conducted by our upstream provider. It affects some routes going to AMS for many other carriers. our NOC had taken steps as soon as this issue was identified, and the vendor confirmed that the issue has been resolved at approximately 5:55am EDT.
We will coordinate with them for the formal RFO.
