Network Issues - AMS2 - RESOLVED

Internap has announced the following notification:

UPDATE 2: Internap engineers continue to address the issue and have identified the hardware problem as well as prepared for a restoration. Further updates will be shared as they become available.

UPDATE: We are currently experiencing a problem with a line card in one of our Core routers in the AMS PNAP, this has caused some periods of packet loss and IP reachability issues at the site. We are currently working with onsite engineers to isolate a potential hardware problem with this router, during this time traffic in the PNAP has been failed to alternate providers, we will keep you advised as more information becomes available.

At approximately 9:22pm CET we expereinced Cogent peer flap on our core2.ams004 router (upstream router to Agile Hosting AMS2 facility). We have shut down the BGP peering with Cogent at this time and are investigating the issue. During this event traffic destined over Cogent network would have seen packet loss as traffic was shifted away from Cogent on to other upstream providers. We will provide further updates and more information becomes available.

Engineers are aware of the situation and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
