Network Issues - NYC - RESOLVED
Internap Network engineers are aware of network issues affecting some customers in the New York Metro area. Senior engineers on the IP network team are actively engaged and working to isolate and rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
Update 4: The network issue in LGA6 data center has been resolved at 04:25AM December 19th by Internap network engineers. We appreciate your patience, and apologize for the impact this issue has caused.
Update 3: At this point a majority of customers service has been restored. Engineers continue to work toward a full service restoration. We will share updates as they become available.
Update 2: Internap engineers continue to address the issue and have begun the process of migrating affected connections and services to a new core router. Further updates will be shared as they become available.
Update 1: Internap network engineers have identified a problem with a core router in the LGA6 data center. They are actively engaged and working towards a resolution. At this time there is no ETA.

If you are still using default legacy IP address for your sites already migrated to our newer facility in Ashburn, we recommend that you update DNS for all hosted sites to use your new default IP address, as listed in your welcome e-mail you have received after migration to Ashburn. We recommend that you stop using legacy IP addresses in NYC to avoid being affected by these issues.
If you are using non-default, dedicated IP address for your SSL enabled site previously hosted in NYC, you will receive your new SSL enabled IP address in Ashburn in the next 24 hours.
